  • What is your return policy?  
  • Due to the uniqueness of every product we produce.  We can not take back product that has be
    imprinted or embroidered with a logo or any other mark.  All imprinting is guaranteed and defective
    product will be replaced or credited.
  • What kind of artwork do I need to send ComponentWear and how do I submit it?  
  • ComponentWear needs the highest resolution electronic copy of your artwork possible (example - 600
    dpi).  Send ComponentWear your .eps, .jpg, .ai, or .crd file to cw@componentlearning.net.  This e-mail
    address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • When do I pay for my ComponentWear order?  
  • Payment is due on all orders at the time the order is placed. Once your payment is received,
    ComponentWear will begin processing your order. ComponentWear accepts Visa, Master Card,
    American Express
  • How long will it take to receive my order?  
  • As a general rule of thumb, most orders take approximately 2 weeks depending on complexity. Orders
    are initiated once payment is received.
  • Can I buy blank items without screen printing or embroidery?  
  • Absolutely yes. Many of our customers purchase blank ComponentWear products.
  • What is the minimum order size?  
  • Yes, screen printing requires a minimum of 24 pieces. House account customers do not have a

  • How do I place an order?

    place order on-line which is by far the fastest and easiest. From the ComponentWear site you can easily
    perform queries on our products and choose an affordably priced product.
